Customer Ratings & Reviews

Basic is a you need! For the price you can't go wrong. Easily paired to my Xbox One S Battlefield 1 edition. Well constructed.

Finally! MS added Bluetooth so I can use with my gaming laptop without a dongle..

Good controller but when you blow a 3-1 lead( like GS) in fifa with 5min remaining and 2 extra min left...it doesn't hold up well when it hits the wall.

This is a great controller. Just make sure to get the protection plan because they have a tendency to drift over time and they are not returnable otherwise.

Don't bother getting any special color remote because when you get a replacement plan they'll never have that remote and then they'll give you a lower value to replace your remote. Just stick with the basic.

My husband love that is was wireless but it gave out recently so he had to pull out his old cord controller. We should have purchased a warranty for this one.

Thanks for the opportunity to right a review. I've written so many that I have no more to say but thanks.

The process was fast simple and yet satisfying. I will forever same day order with you guy’s until it’s all over!!!!! Thank You...

My son is rough on controller but when I saw this one I knew he would love it and it was a birthday gift. He did and he's playing on it right now.

This is a cool looking controller. Nice to have an extra controller to play with other than the original color that came with the console.

This product is the same as a regular controller for the Xbox One but with slightly better rubber grips.

My grandson wanted this new color for Christmas, couldn't believe the sale price offered at Best Buy, thanks for a great deal!

Seems like Xbox has improved the build quality of their controllers. More sturdy. But otherwise the same controller

I bought this item for my son and he really enjoys it. He says that it's very comfortable in his hands. It was a good price and easy to order.

It is an awesome replacement gamer controller! It’s inexpensive and very affordable and you get more for your money!

This has the same great features and functions of the XBox One controllers, but adds Bluetooth capability for headphones. Good for Xbox One and One S users.

I love the fact you price match on line products.i like the idea of someone to talk to and sample products.

This remote will replace the old Xbox One remote, very satisfied with the price and service. I would recommend Best Buy over Walmart, Amazon, etc.

Was waiting to get a good deal on a second controller and have been very happy with the open box controller. No issues with the buttons or stick movements.

I love getting new Xbox controllers from Microsoft. The controller works well with everything except old headset with out the adapter. The headset seems to interfere with the controller signal or vice versa, I'm not really sure. Other than that works as advertised.
