||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish the build quality of these controllers was better. I would even pay more for higher quality ones. After a year of use this is a good replacement. Microsoft controllers have better build quality than any third party controller.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it for my grandson. He seems to be happy with it. We got the protection plan/tech support with it, but were unable to get through for help. I can't really give a breakdown, because I haven't used it.

Posted .Hi there,
We're delighted that your grandson is enjoying his Sport Red Xbox wireless controller. If he has run into any issues with it, he may also be able to troubleshoot problems with Xbox Support. They can be reached here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
Hope that helps,

||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this controller, the only thing is it seems to break every year and a half or so. I always buy the protection plan which is great so I get a new one when this breaks and it seems to always break before the warranty is up!

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good basic controller. My son tends to break them by slamming them on the ground, so it’s not the products fault.
