Customer Ratings & Reviews

Purchased this controller exclusively for PC gaming . For whatever reason it works great on my Xbox one but when connected to PC It has moments where the Bluetooth randomly disconnects. Other than that , great controller , awesome design .

This wireless controller works great with our Xbox1. Does use up batteries, so keep a stock in hand.

Really happy with my purchase and best buy with the way they handled the transaction during this transaction.

Grandson needed wireless controller for his xbox. Went to Best Buy to purchase this as their pricing is competitive and most often in stock.

everything about this controller is amazing.. i even threw on my scuff grips on the handles and its officially my new favorite

I got this wireless controller as a backup for my kids and the price was perfect. Cheaper than most stores and I got a $30 Gift Card. #Winning.

My god it works perfectly! It’s truly amazing that something like this would work exactly as designed! Wow!

Definitely worth the slight higher price than standard controllers. Very smooth buttons ands triggers. No sticking

My son's enjoy the extra controller. ..how can I add the Xbox I bought to my account .., we love our nes x box...the whole family in joys it..

Controller is very versatile and like being able to use it without any extra adapters or dongles. Solid build quality. Feels good in my hands.

My grandson loves this controller! It is exactly as promised. And the blue color was his favorite part.

My original controller was "self-walking". I bought this as a replacement and I was able to price-match with a competitor to save a few $$.

Got this while black Friday shopping, it works like all the other xbox one controller so their isn't anything special about it

Xbox only comes with one controller, had to buy a second for us to play together. Wish the were rechargeable as a standard.

Needed a new controller. Works great as expected. Had no problem with my first controller, just wear and tear over the years.

Every MS controller I have owned starts to have issues in about 3 months time. The joysticks are the first to show signs of trouble with drifting. I think this because when the stick rubs against the side the plastic turns into powder and i’m sure gets into the controller. Just for perspective I’m not a heavy user. I’m close to my 40s. I play once a week with for about 3-5 hours. I don’t use the xbox for anything other other than gaming. I usually deal with the issues for a while before replacing. I would suggest buying the extended warranty if you decide to purchase. FYI: I bought an Elite controller once, it broke/stopped working within a day. Quality with MS controllers are absolutely atrocious. I now have a Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller. The quality seems to be extremely good, it’s lasting much longer then any MS controller I’ve had. Unfortunately it isn’t wireless and wired headsets don’t seem to work with it for microsoft chat, but will with in game chat. So, have to have a bluetooth headset. I know MS keeps the wireless connection for the controller a priority thing, I assume it’s the same with chat. All tactics to keep people from buying and continually replacing these controllers. I would highly suggest not enabling MS with this tactic and for people stop buying MS controllers.

I bought this and absolutely love being able to play video games with my boyfriend. It makes it easy to know whose controller belongs to who.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my controller. This one connected on the first time with my computer and I have never loss the connection.

This is a controller I bought for my husband and sister in law boyfriend. They both seem to love it and have had no problems.
