Customer Ratings & Reviews

Bought this controller on sale. Nice that it is wireless and don't have to fool with a cord. Works great and keeps a long charge.

Nice fit and contouring design really nice and my son loves the pattern

So far so good no trouble with it working it was in and out to get this

Nice color! Patrol tech design gives a different look. 10 year old wants to be different than friends.

You have other color options, you can even customize your own controller in Xbox lab, but this controller itself is the best one that I've used.

I have owned an Elite controller since its release. It is by far the best way to play on the Xbox One. Not all the extra features are used, but the feel and built of the controller is much better than the regular controllers. I do use the round thumbpad a lot. I find that it is the best way to play to fighting games for me. I can never get used to using an arcade stick, so the round thumbpad is my main reason for using this controller. The longer thumbsticks do help with shooters. I find it much faster to aim and it cuts down on the time to switch between targets. The half-pressed trigger buttons are a big help when sniping. I don't play as a sniper in online shooting games, but I use the feature often when playing the game 'Zombie Army Trilogy'. In that game you are forced to run-and-gun as a sniper, and the half-pressed trigger becomes extremely helpful. Other than those features, I find the built and weight to be perfect for me. I am a big, strong guy and the heavy built feels perfect in my hands. The controller buttons don't stick after rough use. I usually don't know my own strength and have had problems since the original Xbox controllers where buttons become stuck. Not a single button on the Elite controller has become stuck. They still just as great as when I first started to use the controller. I am on my second Elite controller. The first controllers headphone jack stopped working. Besides that issue, the first controller still plays great. I use it as a second controller. I had to buy a new controller because I can't play with another controller. I even got a custom controller from the Microsoft Design Lab, and that one is still in the box. I played with it for little bit, then switched right back to the Elite controller. The price may not be for everyone. And you probably won't use every feature on the controller. But, I highly recommend the controller as a premium, luxury product. I also highly recommend getting an extended warranty with the controller

I like the color! Its designed differently. It has grip on the back now. Compared to the older model it had a much better feel. Best controller!!!

An great addition for the value and the kids love it when two can play. Very sturdy with great grips.

Super dope color very impactful to the eyes. Solid quality from the grip to the triggers. Definitely a great investment.

Love it! Love the color, works great, very unique. I can tell which controller is mine because all our other ones are black or white.

I love the color of this controller. So far it's held up well. Holds its charge well. I have not experienced any issues as of yet.

Son loved the color, which appears even better out of the box. works well..worth an upgrade to this controller or flashy for first time user...

It's a good controller but the plastic keeps creaking when I'm using it

There are a lot of things about Microsoft that make me crazy, but I gotta give them props for this controller. It's pretty great. A nice size, comfortable to use, buttons all easy to reach, headphone jack so wires aren't going everywhere... Darn near perfect. It looks us years to wear out the controllers on our Xbox 360. I'm hoping the One controllers are similarly long-lived. Disclaimer: I'm basically a 50-percentile-sized guy with 50-percentile-sized hands. Your milage may vary.

Easy to find because of its color! Almost a year and still works great?

Liked the most its ergonomic shape and easy to handle. It seems robust.

Quality controller, feels great in the hands. I bought it with a recharge kit and it works great.

Bought this as a spare works great no complaints it gets used on a daily basis. Still holding up pretty good actually better than my elite series 2 which developed stick drift in 11 months

You think a controller is a controller right? Wrong! I am the primary reason my house hold can not have nice things. For one I only eat and drink out of plastic cups, bowels and plates. This controller has proven itself over and over again that it not only does what its designed to do accurately, but continues to work even after being dropped, flung, stepped on, rumbaed and buried under a variety of house hold what evers. at this point it's the only thing that i cant seem to break. SWEEEET!

I picked this up because I hated the white one which came with my XB1S (total first world problem). Picked this one in particular because it has textured/rubberized grips where fingers sit and grooves cut into the top where thumbs meet palms. Because it is the newer model of XB1 controller, it also does not require an adapter to plug in chat headset (3.5mm jack is built-in). Cool design/color helps too, but may not be enough to justify the premium over standard controller for most...I picked it up on sale, so no sweat.
