After BB notified me of possible delay in shipping, Website would not let me cancel cause they were “working on it”. Being Christmas, I went to a distant store and purchased the controller. The next day, the online order arrived. Shortly after Christmas, another one arrived but different style!?. I hope BB let’s me return the two “extras”. I think shopping in store is better unless you have the time to deal with the online order confusion.
