I would recommend this to a friendIt works, but only with bluetooth headsets
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller itself works as it should, but whenever I would plug in my headset it wouldn’t pick up on it. When i first got it, i was able to plug in my headset with no problem, but after a few times of using it, it just stopped picking up on my headset. I ended up giving this controller to a friend that has a bluetooth headset and it’s perfectly fine.

Posted .Hey there,
We're sorry that you experienced an issue with your Phantom Black Xbox wireless controller. While the controller does have built-in Bluetooth support, it's not compatible with wireless headsets. Every Xbox wireless controller does come with a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty, so if this happens with a future controller we recommend contacting Xbox Support for assistance here: https://aka.ms/AA4w2z7
Hope that helps,
Chuck
