  • This controller has wired headphone issues

I bought brand new. When I plugged in my gaming headphones in the headphone port, I immediately had issues communicating with friends in games. I could hear them but they couldn’t hear me consistently. I troubleshot them, updated the firmware and any other thing you could think of to attempt fixing. Still have issues. Disappointed as Xbox is known for quality.
