I would recommend this to a friendI've bought too many of these.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My review isn't about this controller specifically, just the controllers for the Xbox in general. These things aren't very durable. If you drop it and it ends up landing on the wrong side, you bound to bust either a trigger, a bumper, or the joystick. I've had to buy several of these these controllers ever since I've got my xbox and at $50 a pop, it's not a cheap replacement.

Posted .Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback on Xbox wireless controllers. Every Xbox controller comes with a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty, so if you ever run into an issue with a controller during that time, we urge you to reach out to Xbox Support for assistance. They can be reached here: https://aka.ms/AA4w2z7
Hope that helps,

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the controller for Christmas. Since then, issues with the connection between the controller and XBOX have been continuous. Bought the protection from with the controller and was able to return it for another one. Second one works great. This is the second controller purchased online that i have had this issue with. Every one I get from the store I never have an issue with.
