Soon after the 14 day policy the controller gave out. Luckily the store did still accept to exchange the product. Purchased warranty for it this time. I don't want to think bestbuy is selling defective products for customers to feel compelled to buy warranty.

The color scheme looks great but it disconnects from my Xbox or tells me that my batteries are dead when the controller is still on. Not very helpful when playing an online game, or any game for that matter.
