It is cool that you can plug regular 3.5mm jack, but APPLE headphones do NOT work!!! Only reason for my 4 start rating

Bought controller just to have a extra for my daughter when she wanted to play a game with me, but sadly I had to exchange it and get a replacement because home button would some times not work correctly. If though the one I originally bought was defective, the one of the same model worked fine with the console I bought worked fine so I would still recommend this model over others to friends.

I’m going to be honest, I don’t like xbox controllers. Before this purchase I’ve had 3 controllers have bumpers stop working, develop drift, etc etc. so i bought this one. Within a few weeks one of the bumpers was requiring so much force to recognize it being used. Has nothing to do with bestbuy, just xbox.

This one didn't have the usual issue where the left thumbpad sticks/breaks, or one of the bumpers getting caught when clicked... No, this controller had to be unique. The casing over the left thumbpad actually wore down and broke off, exposing the slick plastic stick underneath. Unusable unless I swap out the thumbstick.
