Love It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really good controller for the price. I do wish it had more programmable buttons

Posted .Hey there,
We're glad that you're loving your new Xbox wireless controller. While not as programmable as the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller, this controller's buttons can be remapped using the Xbox Accessories App. For information on how to do that, go here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/customize-standard-controller-with-accessories-app
Hope that helps,

I would recommend this to a friendBuy New not refurbished
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this remote which was refurbished and was certified as Excellent condition. Well, the d-pad was sticking as well as the x botton. It does the job so i didnt return it it was 19 dollars cheeper than a new one but go new instead for those who hate small problems. They really need someone to check these remotes preferably a gamer.

Another new controller with analog drift
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hope they solve the issue of the analog drift with the next gen controller. This is the second controller I have purchased that has analog drift straight out of the box. Disappointing! The color way was a nice touch.

Posted .Hey there,
We're glad that you're enjoying your new Xbox wireless controller. Investing in a rechargeable battery pack is a great suggestion, too. We recommend the Xbox One Play & Charge Kit, which offers up to 30 hours of battery life on a single charge and can be fully recharged in under four hours. We hope you have a lot of fun with your new controller.
Happy gaming,
Chuck
