||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Xbox controllers are notoriously junky. I've owned over a dozen over the past 5 years. A helpful tip, if your mic quits working, try UPDATING THE CONTROLLERS, I resurrected 6 by doing this and felt kinda dumb for thinking they were broken lol

||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first got it the controller seems to work fantastic but a few weeks later the trigger button and RB started to not function. It got to the point where I had to get back to using my old controllers. Either I got a bad controller or it’s not made well.

We're sorry that there are issues with the buttons on your Xbox wireless controller. Every new Xbox controller comes with a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty so we urge you to reach out to Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

Most of the time people don't even recognize it.
