This controller only lasted about one month before we began having problems with it. Took it back and exchanged on our warranty- no problem! I love Best Buy! I think we just had a bad one- and hopefully the replacement will work better!!

Hard to explain that Santa's gift was broken but there was a rattling noise within 2 days of opening. Best Buy was easy to return though and we replaced...not easy to explain those logistics. Possibly not made well?? Not going to not recommend though because you need extra remotes.

  • Rubber grip is itchy

This controller may look cool but be advised the rubber grip makes your hands sweaty and itchy during gaming sessions. Your better off getting any of the non rubber style controllers which are also cheaper more than likely.
