||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Remote does the job. Took advantage of a sale. Only con is the A button appears to not work properly. Have to press extra hard some times. Seems a bit early in owning it to have that issue. Only reason I give it an average rating.

Posted .Hi there,
We're sorry that there's an issue with the A button on your Xbox wireless controller. Every new Xbox controller comes with a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty so if it's still within the warranty period, we urge you to reach out to Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
Hope that helps,
