The controller will just randomly shut off. Since I'm out of 14 days I'm out of luck I was told. That's not right and poor business. I literally just bought the thing and have been a loyal customer of best buy.

Controller died within the first 30 days of use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.from day 1 the controller would get hot under the D-Pad. it would also randomly shut off or not turn on, and it would constantly drain any batteries in the controller even when it was off. after a few weeks it completely stopped turning on, so we returned it. new one works great so far. will update when that changes

All within 3 weeks apart the toggles stop responding to the point to where you have to press 2 to 5 times to get it to respond along with drifting controls. If the 3rd b one fails I will not buy another!

The casing was cracked in multiple places, the top of the controller was coming apart and the bumpers and triggers were jammed.
