Customer Ratings & Reviews

Genuine, authentic Xbox controller from Microsoft. Got it on sale. We have tried the cheaper knockoffs in the past, but always come back to these. Works with our older Xbox One X and now the newer Xbox Series X.

I got this controller for my mom and she loves it. She has had no problems and loves the colors. I got this before the new controllers, so depending on the price difference pick the one with the colors you like.

Birthday gift for my son. Bought it to help him differentiate his controller from his brother and friends since he always came home with someone else's controller. No more arguing of who's controller belongs to who! The color scheme is even better in person.

Got this during Black Friday of 17' and the controller shows no signs of wear and I use this controller everyday. Has excellent grip that makes the controller feel secure in your hand. Plus the color combo distinguishes it from other basic colors.

It is a very solid product. I used to it every day that holds up under constant use. I would recommend purchasing it for yourself. I am a gamer at heart and so is everyone in my family we all use them everyday I highly recommend buying this product thank you

I don’t know why it matters what your controller looks like but i love the gray tones with the small bursts of color. If you use a controller charger, you probably won’t find a back cover to match (we use rechargeable batteries so it’s not a problem)

This is a good, reliable Xbox controller. It can also be connected to your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Windows PC, and of course, an Xbox. Very versatile and can make games more enjoyable on portable devices like an iPad or iPhone.

It controls the Xbox One very well, which is great because I didn't buy it to cook spaghetti with. I didn't have any issues with it pairing or anything and so far no problems. It's a good replacement for my old controller which had started to wear out.

Came in perfect, new condition. Paired immediately. Works great! Thanks, Best Buy!

Great deal on controllers. Because kids play, controllers seem to lose their backs

I love the rechargable part of the controller. the connectivity can be tricky. I had to swap out a few that kept losing connection to the xbox. geek squad wasnt sure why. internet told me it was the xbox having the problem, not the controller.

great felling and responding control. If they could only fix the problem of drift.

The curves on this baby makes gaming more enjoyable. Fits into my hands perfectly.

Excellent gaming controller. So much better than using your keyboard. Got even a better deal being an open box so saved some money. Nothing wrong with it. Great buy!

It’s a Xbox controller. It works as expected. All I can say is. It is what it is!!

like the color, shape, new to me so its ok . yes would recommend to some one else.

The officially licensed wireless xbox one controllers are consistent in their quality, responsiveness and performance. **UPDATE THE FIRMWARE WHEN YOU BUY A NEW REMOTE!! This can be done through the xbox home screen. If you don't update you may encounter many issues like input lag, disconnections, and random powering off of the controller.

Great X-Box controller with unique graphics and incredible color scheme. Gorgeous!

bought to replace my original wireless controller. Comfortable feel and well made.

Excellent product. Gives you the freedom to move around. Good wireless capability.
