Not sure if it was due to being poorly made, or my son being hard on it. Had never had this problem before. Easy enough to fix, but a pain. Other than that, good controller, love the color.

From a mother who has purchased MANY controllers over the course of time, they must be making these better over time because I went from having to replace these often to hardly even to replace them at all.
