Great quality control loves how it's dark on the outside and accent color of blue. works just like my original.

It works very well. My 16 year old son uses it every day. Couldn’t ask for a better controller and Best Buy’s was the place to buy it!

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, he now has the whole phantom series that has been released. I'm excited for him to use it.

Easily the best choice for use on Windows. Quality is now on par with Sony and Nintendo, this controller is worth the money.

This is pretty much your standard xbox one controller. It has the earphone jack which is nice. I don't like that it costs more just because it's blue. Really Microsoft? paint it blue instead of white and it costs more? But I got suckered in and bought it anyway. The real downside is that the A, B, X and Y buttons are REALLY hard to read. The picture shows them clear as day but in reality, if you don't have light shining on them at the right angle, they look just like black buttons. So for someone who knows which button is which by muscle memory, this is not an issue. But for those of us who have to look down from time to time to remember, it kind of sucks. Other than that, the controller is sturdy, responsive and has a nice feel. Again, same thing that comes with the xbox one s, but just blue (and with bad buttons). Would only recommend because I like the color.

I bought this wireless controller for my son and so far it has lasted with all the heavy wear and tear it goes through. Good quality

My old controller developed the drifting problem so bought this one to replace it. It's newer than mine because it has the 3mm headphone jack on the bottom but I found that didn't matter to me since it's still easier using the headset adapter as that allowed me to easily control the volume. Without the adapter I just couldn't figure it out, which is annoying during middle of a game. So don't throw away your headset adapter if you had one! I love the bluetooth function!! I easily connect it to my xbox or my windows 10 when needed and plays flawlessly.

This controller has a great feel to it. I like the patten that it has on the back of the controller to help improve your grip while playing

This was chosen by my son, he love this controller color. Good quality overall. I would highly invest in a rechargeable battery pack though.

This is the new standard for controllers. Exactly what you'd get out of the box; keep in mind that it does not come with any batteries.

Xbox One wireless controller is easy to use for the experienced player. Charges quick and is of high quality craftsmanship

Very durable I’d rather buy this than a knock off brand. I’m very happy with purchase will buy again soon.

XBox One has what is, in my opinion, the best gaming controller of all time. Shoulder triggers, the d-pad, the analog sticks...all work flawlessly and work for every kind of game. As for this purchase specifically, I had to return it twice before finally getting a satisfactory product. First one had a scratch on the face, and the second one had an unresponsive analog stick. Not sure if this run had some issues in production or what, but third time was the charm and this has now become my main controller.

If you have a big family like me you need more than one controller! It’s a great excuse to be selfish

If you're rough on your controllers then purchase this with a an extended warranty. Other than that, controller works great!

Standard Xbox Wireless controller in green grey color scheme. Works great and nothing beats the feel of a brand new controller.

I really enjoy going to Best Buy because unlike other companies everywhere I go they seem to always keep everything in stock. At least with the type of products I buy anyway. One of the things that attracts me the most to shopping at Best Buy is their geek squad service and warranty's. anytime I've needed them the service is always fast accurate and friendly unlike others Roma es I've shopped. Walmart literally lost my info on a warranty online and all and since then I've always gone to Best Buyz although I wish one would open closer to me lol

Great replacement controller. Buttons are very responsive and design is really nice. 3.5mm plug works with headsets. Worth getting.

Got this for Christmas 2017 from my son. I still use it every time I play and haven't ever had an issue. Still as good as new.

works just as expected. The color selection is a nice option. The battery life is better then I expected
