It seemed that every controller I bought the left joystick would malfunction. I believe this is because most FPS games have you constantly holding down that button. Anyway, I ended up bringing this controller in last week and they replaced the full value. I do not believe that they offer this controller anymore so I had to settle for a different one. In summary, buy geek squad protection for your controllers.

We did make sure to to use it right away with our Xbox to ensure it was working. Did not try with Windows 10, yet. Purchased on sale.
