    This was a replacement for the refurbished controller that I had to return. It works great. The "A" button on the refurbished unit had a sluggish feel to it and then that button stopped working reliably. BB took it back without question and helped me find this new controller that was on sale, so it worked out. Lesson learned: a refurbished controller can be a risky purchase. Unless you are lucky, it's better to buy a new one.

    Real time response and handy for all. Nice design in terms of material that it won't slip in your hands when your holding it. Buttons are easy to familiarize and properly positioned for its function. We all like it.
