    I bought this to replace an older Xbox one controller that my kids were a little too rough with. I bought an open box to save a little money, it was pristine and looked like it was brand new. It works great, feels good in the hand and is way lighter than the one we were used to. I love the colors too!

    Hit or miss with these controllers. I always buy the Geek Squad Replacement offer because you never know what can happen. From controller drift, deteriorating bumper response, button jams, usb port corruptions, etc. Just make sure you buy the insurance. Overall, it’s a great controller, it just depends on how aggressive you’re when using it. Do you grip it hard, press the buttons hard, etc. The more aggressive you’re the less durable it becomes.
