Bought two for my kidos as their old controllers started showing age. The kids like the rubberized grips which makes the controller less slippery. This model does work with the "Turtle Beach - Ear Force Headset Audio Controller Plus for Xbox One". My kids love this controller!

This controller is perfect both in style and ergonomics. I've always been a fan of Xbox controller ergonomics, but the style typically was lacking. The Winter Forces Special Edition controller was the perfect replacement for my broken controller. I would recommend checking this one out when replacing your worn/broken controllers.
