everyone at the Belair Best Buy was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint that I have is that the I pod was not out for me to see. I had to see it on the employees phone,

I bought this from my grandchild and he know he was excited about having a controller he loved the way it looked. I definitely score grandmother points with him and for this reason I am very very pleased with my purchase .

I bought this controller for my son for being promoted to the next grade and to uplight his spirit during this Covid-19 and he has had the best experience on his game playing with this cooler controller

I purchased an XBOX ONE for playing movies and it comes with this remote. If you are a gamer, this is fine; however, if only for a TV, you have to get a 12 year old to explain it to you. Of course, they prefer the metal rather than plastic remote but hey, plastic is fine. They sell normal remote controllers but you can't use them for games. I'll just get my 12 year to change the channels.

It is what it is. Wireless controller. Works well, kid loves it.

When or if you need a replacement controller or an additional one, best buys always seems to have in stock the Microsoft Xbox wireless controller. So happy to get the replacement so all the games we have can still be played.

Nice Xbox One X controller. Basic controller with nice color option.

I bought this extra controller for my daughters XBox when it was on sale. I got a greal deal and I'm happy I bought it, you need the 2 controllers if you want to share and play with another person who is with you. She loves her XBox now!

This came free with my Battlefield 1 green bundle. There is always a need for a second controller, even if you are the only one that plays it and usually only play 1 player games! You never know when your primary controller might die or get broken.

Very impressed with this addition to the Xbox one! My kids are very happy with it!

Awesome controller works well easy to use and not real expensive.

I have always loved the Xbox controllers. This one is never exception. It took the original XB1 controller and improved it. The D-pad is better, and the headphone jack makes it possible to plug on standard headphones without an adapter.

Just what my son wanted for his game system. Works great, good price.

Decent product hopefully this one will last longer.

Stock controller, works as expected. Generally oem controllers are very durable.

Bought additional controller, luckily there was a 20$ offer on this one. Very good

Kids love having their own color xbox controller, no more arguing on which controller belongs to who...... (Have gone through several controllers, so we did get the geek squad protection plan)

Love the color and feel to it seems a bit lighter more grip more personality to it

GOOD controller, just wish it came with rechargeable batterie pack already.

My older controller just slowed way down Had to purchase a new one. There is a bit of a break in period Every controller is different but after a few days It felt natural, smooth and very responsive
