I am kind of rough on them sometimes but for the most part, they just break or get “worn out”. I typically notice “drift” after just a few weeks of gaming. It sucks that these things cost $60 and for me, don’t last longer than 120 days.

The controller works great and the response is solid.

I always trust Best Buy and their warranty. Certain products you just need to get the warranty. This is one of those items. We have used it several times.

The buttons all function properly and feel nice. The controller has a slightly clear view allowing you to see the gadgets inside, which is pretty cool.

I received this as part of a bundle package and is the exact controller included in the Xbox One. Nice form fitting to hands, light weight and easy to reach buttons. Recommended!

Grips feel amazing vs the normal plastic on other Xbox controllers, would but another if mine ever goes out.

Its a newer controller, so has the nice texture grips. Microsoft is still my go to for the Xbox controller.
