Microsoft has a rule that 3rd party Xbox One controllers must be wired and that Microsoft is the only company allowed to put out a wireless Xbox One controller. This leads to the wireless controllers being high-quality, connecting almost effortlessly to the system. One complaint I do have is that the battery life of the controller is somewhat disappointing. The batteries that came with the controller did not last more than a couple weeks of rather light to moderate gameplay. Be prepared to invest in a battery pack, rechargeable batteries, or a lot of AA batteries.

The plastic material (or similar) used to build this controller is tough. I dropped it several times and still works like a hero !!

Bought xbox system and needed more than one controller. So the white add on controller to match the Xbox system was a great add on.

This item works great as expected and as paid for….. This was the second attempt at finding a replacement for previously purchased accessory equipment. The first attempt had me mistakenly purchase non-compatible items. Again this is great, but be careful when ordering from the Best Buy site and read the small print on the box when receiving your products. They may not always be as they seem on the website.

They amaze me with the great color selection they got. Great remote, its has better grip than the old ones, and it just looks awesome.

Needed an extra controller for my new Xbox one and beings it's Microsoft product it set up great and have not had any issues playing. Love the color also!
