This one is slightly larger and better for bigger hands.the only issues is that after sometime of use the controller drifts.

I always buy the protection plan which is great so I get a new one when this breaks and it seems to always break before the warranty is up!

After a year of use this is a good replacement. Microsoft controllers have better build quality than any third party controller.
