Plug it in and it works. Sticks and button controls are effective and crisp - much better than several other brands of controllers for the xbox. Take it out of the box, connect it to the xbox (controller setup button on xbox and the new controller) and it's good to go. Good job MICROSOFT!

These new Controllers are so awesome! The rubberized grips are the best! I highly recommend them.

Ordered these to replace the original controllers we got when bought our console...just as good.

Responsive and the ease of connecting to the Xbox is flawless. After roughly half a year of use, there are no complaints. Older controllers seemed to have the joysticks stick on specific movements; however, there have been zero issues since using this new controller.

Great so far. I am typically pretty rough on controllers and I have had no issues with this one.

It’s be nice if it came with two controllers but I got this on special so it was okay in the end.

This controller has a sick design, it is very well put together. The rear grip feels awesome and the slight grips on the front of the controller are suttle but great as well. Hands down the best Controller available and i got it on sale for $39.99.

When I first saw the picture of how blue the controller would be, I thought that it was such a unique color..once my boyfriend opened up the box, the controller is such an amazing blue color almost like a light neon blue. This controller is way better than the traditional xbox one controller.

Outside of the color, the controller functions just as well as the other official Xbox One controllers, which I love. It's a great change of pace from the typical black and white controllers that come with systems. Love it!

This is a great in-between controller. A little nicer than a standard one, mainly because of the textured grips but no where near as expensive than the elite series which is really only meant for the hardcore or professional crowd.

Controller is fine and needed a second one for the other grandson. He is really into Minecraft.

Just started using this puppy and couldn't be more happy. Besides the slick look on this thing, it has enhanced gripping on it which helps me when I am blasting people in Call of Duty!!

I purchaed the extra controller so we can pay with two players. Original is the only way to go.
