Clean handling feeling, good grip surface. With warranty I returned the first one since the left joystick felt gritty in the circular housing affected my gameplay. Microsoft needs to figure out why all these controllers are loosing signal gravely affecting game play.

It keeps disconnecting with the console even though the batteries are fully charged. Some times it can not turn the console off, the controller just keeps on blinking until you take the batteries out and unplug the console manually.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seems Microsoft has decided to be like Apple. This was functional, but not durable at all. Before you know it, parts start breaking and falling off. I still have my controllers from my Xbox 360, these controllers are almost like a Nokia phone and extremely durable compared to these. so meh, you need them for gameplay so you have to buy it. It will save you money if you buy parts on eBay and learn to fix it in the long run.

In years past, I have tried the cheaper off brand ones and they would work well for a while and then eventually start malfunctioning making me buy another and another. It’s cheaper in the long run to just buy the real deal.
