The textured grips feel nice and the overall look is great. I'd prefer the face buttons had their original colors instead of making them all blue, but that's not a huge deal for the $40 I paid.

I never used the paddles on the elite and they always would fly off even I did want to use them. I decided to purchase this due to color and to just have another controller. Works great and was very easy to sync to my Xbox one. No issues at all and I think it's worth the money.
