Great product

Which the Rep was right I had replaced my sons wired controller twice within three months got this in October/ 2020 and still going strong.

The controller is identical to the older Xbox One controller. Though there is a slightly rough texture feeling around the grip of the controller. Another feature is that there is a 3.5mm stereo headset jack on this controller. Pretty cool option :)

As soon as you plug it in however, you will need to update it to the newest firmware. It has a very satisfying click when using the d-pad, when in the past, the old controllers had a mushy feel.

Works great with Windows and Xbox, but look for the new Series X/S controllers with the updated D-Pad and the extra middle button.

My headset that I use required an adapter in order to use with the fist gen and it got annoying and didn't work right etc. so I bought this with the head phone jack on it and it's so much better. Less money because I don't need to buy an adapter.
