always works well, enjoy the texture of the joysticks over the offbrand ones. worth waiting for a sale and buying multiple as you will eventually start burning out buttons after a while. love that it can connect via Bluetooth to my pc as well as my xbox.

Even after a year, this pad is still performing just like the very first day I bought it. One product I didn't have a single regret of ever buying, I like the way it connects to my PC seamlessly.

This is my 4th Xbox one controller and it is by far the best. The feel and quality is better than the standard remotes. The bumpers feel nicer and less "clicky". Definitely well worth the sale price of $59 as opposed to my $70 copper shadow that broke within a month

Bought for nephews for Christmas. They are pretty tough on their toys and it's held up great so far.

Best Buy is always my first choice, I’ve priced same item at different outlets and always choose Best Buy. Controller was exactly what we were looking for. Customer service was awesome and they answered all my questions.

I’m not a fan of the plain white controllers. So this is a sleek beautiful controller for me.

Works great. My only complaint is why does it cost $10-$15 more for a color controller? Same device, same plastic cover, can't tell me a drop of dye in the plastic process costs so much more....Would like to have had a different color so it's easy to tell who's controller is who's...Not worth $15 more for color! Would have given 5 stars if color model was same price! Not BestBuys fault for that as it's same every where, which is BS!

I always prefer the controllers they are making now with the rubber grips for the back

I bought this controller for my my 5 year old son as a Christmas gift and he loves it. Also the old Xbox 360 controller he had slip out of his hands often because it had no grip. This controller is perfect with the new ergonomically placed d-pads and thumbs sticks.

This one we bought on Black Friday of 2019. It still working and is a nice remote. Tip.... There is now a new version of this remote with the new button to save your screen that is even better than this remote.

My kids are pretty serious gamers, but these controllers should last longer than they do. Not long after you'll get slight drift, mushyness to the keys, etc. Not very happy with this generation of controllers. I still have some original NES and super NES controllers that work like new.

It grips well and is pretty sturdy but in the end, it's just a controller.

Feels great an quick pick up from the store with no problems

First one I bought the left joystick grip fell off after less than a year. This second one the left arrow on the d-pad doesn't work.

I hardly use my Xbox one controller but it feels like it has a good grip on the joy sticks.

Bought it for my son for Christmas. He uses it EVERY day. Others have lasted for many months......he puts a lot of wear and tear on these things.......need to make out of steel so I don't have to purchase more.
