Quality Built Controller..however returned

Great but could be better

Bought this controller for a Christmas gift it had been well used and buttons stopped working took back to store and exchanged no problems.

It has worked well for me my only complaint is something I discovered can happen with all wireless xbox one controllers. Connectivity issues, when I had to change the batteries on the controller I had trouble getting it to reconnect to the xbox, and had to resort to unplugging the xbox to resolve the issue.

Great controller

The range is a lot better than the original Xbox One controller. I can take a break now without loosing connection with my Xbox party chat.

But neither of them have given me an issue in the last couple months and are always responsive and well built.
