It's reliable, less prone to breaking, and inexpensive by comparison. No complaints.

I always trust Best Buy and their warranty. Certain products you just need to get the warranty. This is one of those items. We have used it several times.

The controller works great and the response is solid.

Its a newer controller, so has the nice texture grips. Microsoft is still my go to for the Xbox controller.

The buttons all function properly and feel nice. The controller has a slightly clear view allowing you to see the gadgets inside, which is pretty cool.

I had just bought him a headset that was red and this one matched with it so he's always walking around with it. Price is as normal but a good investment

Grips feel amazing vs the normal plastic on other Xbox controllers, would but another if mine ever goes out.
