Coupling that with this controller being the default controller for the Xbox One S, I went ahead and purchased it. No issues and I will probably end up buying a third one.

Had a little trouble setting up, but after a tweak on my PCU, item installed fine. Haven't had any other issues and have been using the item non-stop.

They are lighter, and their home buttons float in the housing and get stuck. With that said, it works fine and the color looks great.

It works perfect and haven’t had any issues .

We got XBOX exchanged right away after we explained the situation. We are all satisfied. Definitely we will recommend The Best Buy to our friends and relatives.
