The texture is a cool improvement. For someone that was a bit more intense with their gaming or just naturally afflicted with sweaty palms this would be awesome. For me it's blue and that's pretty sweet.

The controller is just slightly more refined and has a great textured matte finish similar to the PS4 controller. Sharp edges have been smoothed out and the bumpers feel much better than a launch controller.

The color seems far more vibrant on the website than in person. In reality, the grey/blue is a dark grey and a very light baby blue shade. It's ok, but not why I actually bought it. And even after doing the firmware update for the controller, it still seems to be fighting me to do what I tell it, even when it's plugged in and not relying on the wireless signal. I have to give it the same command three or four times on my home screen and I notice a lag in the little bit of gaming I've done with it. Going to give it another chance but it could be defective. My original controller, bought with the console years ago, doesn't give me this much trouble. Kind of frustrating a brand new one even after updating the firmware, has issues.

Great Xbox controller! I wanted one to use as a Bluetooth controller for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+. Works great and I couldn't be happier.

The Xbox One (S) Controller is an excellent wireless controller that's perfect for gaming without any strains to the hand. The only issue I have had is after some time, the battery connectors will wear out and lose connections hence the replacement. It still works with the USB cable plugged in but otherwise has great controllers.

I discovered that I had to buy a new controller since the one that originally came with my XBox One doesn't have a 3.5mm jack for non-basic Microsoft headsets.

This Xbox One controller improves on the original Xbox One controller by adding a standard headphone jack and bluetooth support for PC use. If you need a new Xbox One controller, this is the one to buy!

Love this , I have been using the og controller that I got with my Xbox one first day edition . So like 7 years . This feels great and very responsive .

Nice product. Good bass for the size startup and charging are simple. The only issue is that sometimes the left earbud will stop playing then about 10 seconds later the right one reboots. This happens a few times a day. Also I have found that they make my ears a bit sore unless I wear them often to get used to them.

This device was awarded to me under a special promotion when purchasing the XBox 1X which is an excellent 4K player. This controller allows me to play with others and operate the 4K player.

The controller is pretty easy to use to remote the Xbox

This controller works great on the xbox and windows 10, I love the little extra grip texture they added. Have had no problems with these controllers anytime I get them!

I had to finally replace my original xbox one controller. This one works, but it doesn't feel as solid as the original. Also, the A button is a bit goofy from time to time by either not registering a press or registering two presses. I do like the texturing.

Needed an updated controller with a 3.5 mm jack and this did the trick. Can’t go wrong with Xbox product. Wouldn’t purchase any off brand controllers personally.

Blue is my favorite color! And I got this bad boy because why not goes with the red one and now I can have someone have the Red and Blue controller when me and boys are playing UFC 3!

Bought this controller for my daughter because her old wired controller messed up. She loves it, the controller is smooth and comes with batteries so you don’t have to buy any.

I haven’t had any problems like I had with the other controller.like not being able to control what ever I was trying to do it would have a mind of its own

Always an easy buy when purchasing anything from Best buy it could be in store or online they are usually on top of their game and enjoyable products.

Normal price, happy to see bestbuy still open with is curdside pick up during quarantine . Amazon take too long to deliver during that April ( quarantine month)
