What can I say? It's a genuine xbox controller so you don't have to worry about the quality. The controller works like it should and BB shipping was fantastic!

I love the 4K definition. I believe it is sharper and better colors than the HD. Pity that the games cost quite a bit as well as online services.

We go through so many controllers. You get one that is good and then another is a dud. So far so good on this one. But time always tells on these.

I went through 3 controllers that had issues before I bought this one. From D-pad problems to bumpers sticking, I ended getting this one and have had no problems so far. Cool looking blue, the buttons aren't colored, but have little dots next to the buttons in case you needed to be reminded of it. Overall I like this product.

I know that the controllers can be a little expensive but trust me, trying to save an extra buck buy getting an off brand or third party controller is going to cost you more in the long run.

Solid update from the original Xbox One controller. Bluetooth and headphone jack are solid additions, especially if you want to play games via xCloud.

I bought this item because my friend had kids traveling to town and we needed extra controller to entertain all guest. Up to now, it is working perfectly.

My son has a thing for controllers in different colors so he chose this one for his birthday and loves it. It was on sale so even better! I recommend the rechargable battery pack.

The controller works well and feels good, but it’s not the upper end version. If you aren’t used to the fancy ones, this will do fine. Plus the warranty at Best Buy can’t be beat.

What i expected, not disappointed at all with product

Ever since i started playing with this white controller. My gaming abilities went threw the roof.. I feel like a god amongst men when i appear in a game loby.. All shall kneel before TheMERICAN33. Lol

It works the way it should, and still no issues with buttons sticking or stick drifting. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new controller.

I bought an Xbox One S mainly for the UHD player, but also wanted to play COD with my wife. Bestbuy had a great deal, I needed another controller and my 3 y/o daughter saw this one and had to have it.

What can you say it’s a controller nothing special besides the color but I will say seems built a little better then the standard Xbox one controller.

Bought as a replacement for the original controller where the d pad took a beating from playing Killer Instinct. Wish they weren't so pricey though

So I bought this product open box because of the good deal. When it arrived, I noticed that it was in pretty good condition but the controller came with less than half charge by the time I was done linking it to my console system. After charging it for 10 plus hours, I noticed it still wasn't charging. It took me 2 days to figure out the batteries might not be new (given its condition). I finally put new batteries in it (kind of a hassle since they're supposed to be rechargeable) and it seems to be working fine. Another issue I had with the controller is that it doesn't vibrate as hard as the original controller which was a huge disappointment given that's what I grew accustomed to. Overall, it's an ok product, but I wouldn't buy it again.
