My family thinks that this is easy and fun to use. It is not cumbersome and the keys are the right size unless you have very large and fat fingers.

A standard blue Microsoft wireless controller with Bluetooth that works as expected. Id hold off for the new Xbox one series x version as of now though since they will be the same price and have a dedicated recording button.

The wife’s controller stopped turning on regardless of battery so we purchased this as the replacement. As a genuine xbox product we are happy with it.

Best controller for xbox is stay with the genuine and original controller. Can't go wrong with this controller! very ergonomic.

The controller works really good no problems and there wasn’t even a scratch on it no sign of use so the controller to me is brand new

The only problem is it took a bit to update it and program it to the Xbox. Other than that, it's fun. Just know that you can't pick it up five minutes before a party and use it

Got this as an additional controller for the XBox. So far has performed flawlessly. Love the fact the it can be recharged with some rechargeable batteries!!

I play a fair amount and although I am a little clumsy and drop it at least 3 times a week (in addition to having 13 grandkids that practically treat it like an old school tonka truck) it has held up great. No issues so far.

Buy the Genuine Xbox Controller in black. Other colors are not as durable as black. After market quality is not up to par with this unit.

The controller works fine. I don’t tinker with changing the button functions. It is responsive, even though it’s a refurbished product.
