This one strikes a nice balance between the extremely expensive elite series 2 and a standard controller. The back rubberized grips are by far the best feature of the controller; it feels quite a bit nicer and more premium than the standard textured plastic. the front face grip sections don't have much texture and don't seem to feel that different than the standard controller, so it really comes down to personal preference. I'm happy to use this as a controller to take on trips, and would recommend it as long as you're a fan of the styling.

Best regular Xbox contoller ever!

It has a refined grip, headphone jack and most importantly, it is now a full Bluetooth device, meaning you can easily connect it to not only the Xbox One S, but to tablets, laptops, desktops, phones and other Bluetooth compatible devices with the press of a button! You can take the controller with you and leave the Xbox at home and connect and game on a variety of device, my favorite is using the controller to play games on my phone and Windows tablet, giving the advantage over touchscreen controls. The blue color is my favorite as well. I highly recommend the Xbox One S controller to anyone that needs an amazingly engineered Bluetooth controller, even if you don't have an Xbox One S.

The material it is made out of is great because even though it is white it doesn’t get dirty easily

I like that it has a nice grip, doesn't seem slippery compared to our old controller. It charges fast as well. I ordered it online as an open box item and buyers beware that sometimes open box excellent condition doesn't mean you'll be getting the item in an original open box. My controller arrived in excellent condition but wrapped in bubble wrap, nothing from the original packaging came with it. My intention was to gift it to a family member but since I didn't have any of the original packaging I had to keep it for myself.
