Bad experience

Left thumb stick broke about three months after using it and I’m not even a hard-core gamer. Contacted Microsoft and they did not do anything for me.

Planning on purchasing more, as it works seamlessly. The non-rechargeable batteries it comes with is a waste though, and the rechargeable ones should have been included.

Nice comfort for larger hands (better than ps4 controller). Last one died unexpectedly...don't switch between rechargeable batteries and alcaline...chose ONE type and stick with it!
