It looks cool, it feels comfortable in my hands, it is smooth and accurate with responses. I play mainly Call of Duty, and I've been loving how well it works for me while playing.

We got the protection plan/tech support with it, but were unable to get through for help. I can't really give a breakdown, because I haven't used it.
