I looked it up and it indicated that I could plug a headset jack into the controller for in game chats. Unfortunately, it would not. My guess is this was a faulty controller. I had to return it and Best Buy didn't have any more of these in stock. Which sucked because I hate the typically black or white controllers. I wanted something different. Oh well.
