Problem is it loses connectivity to the Xbox one almost every time it’s used. This is compounded with the fact Microsoft is aware of the issue and has been for years now and still hasn’t fixed it. One of the biggest issues w the new Xbox.

It got to the point where I had to get back to using my old controllers. Either I got a bad controller or it’s not made well.

The controller itself works great.
