Only negative thing is it takes a while to turn on.

Works as it should. A second controller is a must.

For as long as I have used a controller, no matter the maker, they have always been far too fragile. The controller is a controller. It does it's job, but the durability of controllers needs to be increased so they last normal wear and tear. Don't drop them!

Bestbuy always handles my needs in an efficient and respectful way, but Microsoft has got to step up it's game on mass production. Buying a new controller is like a 50/50 gamble on whether or not it works properly

Overall this controller works as expected the only weird thing is about the rumble, I have noticed for some reason the rumble is really loud in this controller in comparison with other revisions of the same model

The Xbox One controller is still my favorite controller even after breaking the RB button on 3 different controllers. Hopefully the new series controllers will be more durable and won't break as easily.

Bumpers are not as loud as the original controller

This is my 3rd controller and I am just a casual gamer. I am easy on my gaming equipment and they seem to break in about a year or so. Considering there are no real alternatives I have just been living with the quality issues.

I’ve had this controller for one year and the left thumbstick is already broken. It grinds against the plastic and loses response during gameplay. Make sure to purchase insurance on your controller, you might need it.

I may have gotten a lemon. The home button wasn’t seated properly and the buttons would stick... poor quality control tbh but Microsoft is pretty good and helping out with getting a properly made controller.

Bought this in November 2020, February 2020 the left joy stick stopped working properly. Too late to return & too late for Microsoft warranty, so now it just sits in a box unused.

We have returned 2 of these within 30 days. Boxes seemed messed up and the controllers all seem damages as soon as they are used. I am not returning the one I have now until there is newer stock in the store.

Good upgrade from previous models. Hard to connect

Bought this for my son and had to bring it back. It wouldn’t work tried changing the batteries tried resetting the game system but it ended up being the remote. It’s realy a nice one in style. Thank you for an easy exchange.

Better than a plain controller bc of the grips but still an Xbox controller at heart. Highly recommend a warranty with any purchase of an Xbox controller due to drifting and other faults.

So I'm not sure if Microsoft is making chincier controllers or I got a store return, but my controller squeaks pretty bad when I press the "B" button! Pretty sad, especially when you pay $50 for a controller!
