Unfortunately these controllers do not last long. You are lucky if it lasts one year. Purchased the insurance on this controller as recommended by the Best Buy salesperson. Free full replacement and worth the few extra bucks.

This blue Xbox One controller is simply a color alternate version of the latest iteration, with an improved D-pad and built-in 3.5mm headphone jack. If you love the color, get it. If not, no compelling other reason to make the purchase.

I bought this as a replacement of an older worn out controller. it linked right up and worked fine for a bit, but then began having connecting issues. it becomes disconnected for no reason between uses. I may exchange it if it continues.

Seems like I replace controllers every 6 months. My son currently has about 4 or 5 controllers in his room. Each one has at least one button that does not work. Come on, Microsoft, you can do better than that.

Not sure if I was to rough with this controller but it only lasted me 2 months but thankfully I bought protection. Best buy took care of me with no hesitation.

I normally don't go for the various colors when picking my controller but wanted to switch it up. Not sure if the quality is actually lower or it was human error but it broke pretty quick!

Very cool controller worked well for a little bit. Lasted approximately 12 months before breaking. It was liked very much when it worked i have to say one of sons alltime favorites.

The controller had to be exchanged a couple of times because the controller had a drift issue almost instantly or a couple days of use. Seems like this is a common issue and happens too often. Is great when it works!

Great remote, but for some reason they hit about 4-6 months and all the sudden start getting issues with analog drift. This seems to be consistent with all of the non standard controllers.

This color of controller for the xbox is great! The joy stick does seem to have some drag to the left right out of the box which is annoying but i find this with most xbox controllers.

Not sure what’s going on but this is my third controller in a year. I always seem to get sway in the analog stick. Hard to use and the quality seems to just be cheap

I have owned a few of these special edition controllers (such as Gears and BF5) and there is always a problem with either the RB or LB getting finicky or stick drift on the left stick. Something is up.

Lasted about 1 week and than it stop connecting to my xbox and couldn’t get it to reconnect. So frustrating think it was just defective went and got another one and it has been working great for about 1 month

I have already gone through one of these controllers as the bumper design is not the best and eventually inputs are missed. Didn’t even last one play through of Dark Souls 3 before having to be replaced.

This is advertised as a series x controller when in fact it lacks the button to control video capture that is on the Series X controller. In reality is is an XBOX 1 Controller

This is what you expect out of a controller, Microsoft just need to work on either the cost or the quality. You should not have to pay this kinda money and then have to turn around and replace it so quickly

As with the original controller drifting is a issue. Pay the extra to get a warranty as you will have a good chance of using it. Don't pay extra thinking it's better as it's only a different color from the out of the box bundle.

Would have given 4 stars if the price was better. Product is solid but still feels cheap. 40 is a reasonable price for a controller i will wait for that sale next time I need one. This is now my 4th controller in 3 years I think...

I bought a second controller for a new Xbox One X, it's already giving me problems. No rough play, normal use only. We've barely had it for a month. Insurance doesn't cover it. Highly priced for low quality product.

Xbox controllers cosmetically, are stunning. However, in construction are HEAVILY lacking durability. Cheap parts are the absolute downfall of accessories, and this falls right in line with the others.
