I got this controller to replace my original because the control sticks had terrible drift, was very disappointed that this new controller also has a slight drift also.

What’s up with these controllers I’m hearing that most ppl replace them 2-3x a year. That’s insane. I just purchased this in oct in 6 months it was broken.

The product is great but I had to return it because you have to have an online account to do anything now a days. I miss the good only cartridge/CD systems. Maybe I’ll bet a Nintendo system

The updated controller has the same issues with buttons sticking, stick drift and connection issues just after the 6 month mark. I would bet Microsoft make more on people replacing controllers than on the actual console. I’ve never had so many issues on Playstation or Xbox 360 as I have with the Xbox one controllers. I play about 3-4 hours per week.

Bought an open-box (excellent condition) controller, which is supposed to be just like new and come with all of the original accessories. It came in a brown cardboard box wrapped with bubble wrap. No batteries, no manual, no original box. After using the controller for 5 minutes it was obvious that it had been thoroughly ‘enjoyed’. The thumb sticks were already quite loose and the A button felt as though it had been pressed quite a bit. Returned it and bought a new one. For just a couple bucks off, no thanks

I bought this during COVID and it’s haywire. I was disappointed because these controllers are not cheap and it’s not the best time to be going back and forth to the store.

Works as it should when first purchased. For some reason the controllers have not been lasting as long as they did before. Should last a while with average use

Microsoft - Xbox Wireless Controller - Patrol Tech. this has been ok for two years now it doesn't work. I didn't expect it to go out so quickly i don't use that often. maybe 3 times a week.

Item did not have a quality durability, the use of the device only lasted for 6 months before began having problems with buttons and headphone connectivity

Pros: Looks cool, grip feels good in hands Cons: The "A" button on the controller double-taps. For example, when I use my controller to type a message "Itt wiill ccomee outt likkee thhiss offtenn". It doesn't really effect any games that I play. It's just annoying when typing (messages, netflix, youtube, etc...). The left joystick drifts often too. I noticed both of these issues within two weeks of buying the controller. I bought this controller to replace a different Xbox sport controller that had the same issues :/

It works okay. Buttons have gotten all mushy and will not register a click if pressed too soft. That's to be expected from all controllers though. They all are bad.

This one had sharp plastic on my left side of the controller that poked my hand....factory defect i guess...works just fine ...it does the job...can’t get everything right ...I just got the one

It stopped functioning and had that drag issue. But i fixed it after watching couple of youtube videos... but OTB it is buggy. Had no issue since I fixed it myself... NOTE: your warranty may void with this fix.

Easy to connect and use with a PC through Bluetooth, but the quality of the controller is not as great as Playstaion control. The joystick makes it difficult to run, had to click to auto run.

works fine and the design is sleek but it does not come chargable and thats extremely disappointing. Looks like play station is more reasonable.

I wish I could give this one a good review but 2 of the last 3 xbox 1 controllers I have bought will not hold a charge when using the play and charge kit with it. Am researching why that is. May be my mistake.

controller started off good but has since had problems with the joystick sticking. I think this is controller #9 for me. Xbox needs to improve with the next console.

It’s a good controller, but mine seems to be refurbished. Seems don’t line up smoothly and LB is a little loose. Overall works the way I need

I replaced my old control because the joy stick started floating. This one started doing it after 5th use. Probably says more about manufacturer than Best Buy though.

It’s a controller. They’re good but do tend to wear down quickly if you use them a lot. Price is a little easier to swallow when on sale
