Make sure you purchase the Geek Squad protection with the Xbox One controllers. They only last about one year and then mess up. I found out the hard way that the manufacturer warranty only lasts for 90 days.

This is my replacement controller. Hopefully it last longer. Analog on my last remote was sticking. I’m pretty sure this one will eventually run into the same problem

Contoller was great for 2 weeks until the joy stick started getting stuck and best buy refused to replace it. Will most likely never buy anything for gaming here again.

So far it works ok but the directional button seems to be overly sensitive when I press down. It usually moves 2 spaces instead of just one. If it keeps doing this I will try exchanging it for a new one.

the product was good, but after about a year. one button stopped working which made the whole thing kind of useless. was hoping it would last longer.

The overall quality seems "less than". Lighter weight. The plastic seems cheaper and not as durable. It works fine, but longevity is now a concern.

These controllers are worth the price, if it wasn't for Best Buy's Geek squad I would be a lot more upset. These things constantly break. Especially the headphone jack port.

This controller works fine but I had to buy it because TWO of my other Xbox controllers developed stick drift. Wish MS sold better quality products or had better warranties.

Hate how you have to buy the needed controllers separate from the game system. The controller works as intended, but game console manufacturers need to recognize that people need more than 1 controller!

when they are new they work amazing but a month or a couple months of gaming and them seem to slowly stop working buy the protection plan

Basic Xbox controller. No upgrades but works well. I would go with this one over spending the extra $5 for a controller with custom colors but has the same materials.

I bought this and one of the buttons stop working on me randomly. Luckily i was in the warranty period so I returned and exchanged for another. Hadn't played in awhile, but started playing the new Halo Infinite recently, and the left joy stick moves on its owns with out being touched. xbox controllers use to last me forever as long as you took good care of. I guess they don't make them like they use to

I own several Xbox One controllers, this is the only one that consistently has issues with the left stick... Not Best Buys fault, but just not good quality - thank goodness for the Best Buys warranty

its been a good experience. t will not be able to charge using Qualcomm Quickcharge, however it will be able to charge at 12 Watts which is more energy than the little 5W brick we got with out iPhones

It made my hands very hot on the grips , wasn’t to comfortable , the texture was nice though and it looked great and I didn’t even like the color blue

For some reason the controllers have a problem with the sound. EACH controller I have had the sound either stop working or work ONLY when you had it PLUGGED IN BEFORE TURNING THE XBOX ON. AND THAT DIDNT WORK ALL THE TIME I just replaced a controller that was white with a black controller thinking that it might be better, but the sound is so low I have to return it because you can barely hear what's going on. This is the ONLY PROBLEM I have had so far.....?

not the best but works as it should. the price isn't all that fair in my opinion.. especially because the amount of money spent on AA batteries.

The controller is cute and everything but is kindy damage but no at the same time, the parts are not aligned at all like the border of the controller.

Sometimes it will disconnect itself from my Xbox for no reason. And it had a couple black marks on it when I opened it up. Other then that, pretty nice paddle
