This brand new XBOX One controller has a textured surface. However, after about 70 hours of play time, it began drifting already. Will be exchanging under the 2 year protection warranty.

This was free when I bought my XBOX One. Can't complain about free. Just as good as the original that came with the system. Wasn't too thrilled about the Blue color but I have no regrets getting it.

I’m very conflicted with the controller. Both battery and charger packs just get drained so fast by this controller. I spend an extra 12 on batteries and then spend 20 on a charger pack.

It works and not a bad price ... did not have much of a selection at the store and this seems like the best option .. so far so good works great

Got this for the kids. They use it regularly. The kids have dropped it plenty of times. These are not as durable as ps4 controllers in my opinion.

After Under 3 weeks of purchasing the controller. The top right bumper failed. The controller had the current firmware and configuration. Still would not work correctly on 2 different Xbox one units. I did call Microsoft and they made it right by processing work order for a replacement. Still waiting for new controller. They advised it would take 7 to 10 business days. I gave a low score for it failing so soon after purchasing. These controllers are not cheap.

The headphone jack is no longer working. It’s less than a month old. I bought the Power A controller and it works better and better response time since it’s wired

The controller came with a uneven gap that stuck out and made it really u comfortable to use. I got it replaced and everything is good now.

I dont need this controller so expect me to bring it back i wanted to cancel but got shipped anyway. So aint nun wrong i aint opened and bring for a refund

I was not happy with this purchase because it fell one time and broke one of the knobs the day after I bought it. Very sad, waste of $50.

Something was loose and clicking inside of it within few weeks. Not sure if he was being too rough with it or a defect. Had to replace

the 3.5 mm mic went out on my controller so i have two good head sets that work(i use the head sets with other electronics) but not when i play xbox which is disappointing.

Its just like other Xbox Controllers but i was literally looking for bluetooth as in i can connect bt headsets to them or anything bt connection the controller. Tho love the color and texture.

Made to be easy with hand coordinations, but doesn't last long enough in wear and tear. Depending on how much and how long you play a game it lasts less then a year.

These controllers don't feel like the best quality, but they still what you need them to. I have a feeling one of my kids could easily break one of these.

Sometimes you gotta wonder what year M$ is stuck in. Same price as the dualshocks without rechargeable lithium ion, touch pad, or speaker. Overpriced garbage.

I have gone thru 5 controllers in the past 3 years. The quality of these controllers have become very poor. Idk if they decided to go with lowest bidder on contract or what. Needless to say I have gotten smart and always purchase best buy protection plan and I ALWAYS end up using them. I just bought my son a $150 elite controller last month and it's already had a button stop working. I'm going to switch to PS4. Microsoft is becoming very cheap trash. My wifi and went up on my 3 month old xbox one S. Frustrating with all the $$ these things cost.

Slight changes bring this controller down in quality compared to the ones that were available on release day. However it seems the changes are only cosmetic. No change in gameplay experience

Everything was okay until like a month ago when you can notice/feel that the right top trigger is hard to now press and sometimes does not work!

the controller didnt last. get the warranty the left joystick kept creeping towards the top of the screen. had to return it for a new one.
