The left joystick started sticking a little over a year after purchasing, with medium-light use. So now in games I'm constant strafing up or down and making a menu selection is impossible. Kinda sucks considering I have an original wired XBox360 controller that still works fine to this day after 5-6 years.

Controller works pretty well just every time I go to turn the controller back on again after playing it the day before the batteries are always dead

I wish they had built in rechargeable batteries still, and I have had to return a couple due to defects. Buyer beware, the warranty is only a paltry 90 days on these.

I impulsively bought this controller because I love green but then regretted it when I came to the realization that its just a grey controller with just a tad bit of green.

To dark when I was looking for buttons plus all the buttons rattled and were loose plus no rubber back grips and looks much better in picture than at home

Controllers lately seem to wear out much more quickly than earlier models. I experienced horizontal and vertical drifting with having hands on controls.

The controller layout and everything is very good its just the build quality. Many ports break on the controller thus forcing you to buy a new one.

The old Xbox controller s where made out of hard plastic this new one you can fill the flex when you grip them. But this is what you are stuck with.

Controller top left bumper fell jammed and is now loose. I had to buy a new Xbox. I probably should have looked into the warranty, but we all know how those go. I'm not sure if I received a defective one or if the colored series on these? Love xbox controllers, but this blue one did not function for the appropriate amount of time with little use might I add.

Controller is misaligned and has an edge that you can feel when you grip it for playing. I’m not going to buy this kind of controller again.

Unfortunately these controllers dont last as long as PS4 remotes do. They wear out the buttons or the headset jacks fail. Doesn't matter which color you get.

I’ve gone through 3 controllers the past year and the dust issues the d pad experiences is ridiculous, definitely get a GEEK squad package if you can

I'm on like controller 15 or so with these garbage xbox controllers. I tried an elite one once and the same thing happened. Thank Jesus best buy has an awesome warrenty for these

I purchased this controller about a month ago since my old Xbox controller was wearing out after 2 years. Within the first couple of weeks of using this controller it has already broken on me. The bumpers are no longer responsive and one of the triggers has come loose. Note that I use this controller moderately with care just from standard gaming use it has broken. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch of controllers since I have never gotten a product this unreliable from the store. I’ve tried to contact customer support for a replacement but they haven’t been much help. Unfortunately I need a new controller and I’m skeptical of buying from here again because of the customer support with their products.

The controller works just fine. However when I opened the box, the joystick rubber was damaged. I kept the controller anyway because it’s working just fine.

I'd love for there to be more choices in the OEM market but Microsoft's doing a good job of protecting their market, to say nothing of the gouging. Fortunately it was on sale!

It seems as if Xbox is consistently getting worse and worse quality controllers. The buttons for me continue to go out quick

It’s too bad Xbox doesn’t warrant their products better as this is the 4th controller I’ve had to buy due to latency issues.

This is a good control but made with too many cheap parts. I’ve bought 5 and all have issues. Hopefully the one I purchased last night will be better

This are factory units but we have to replace almost every year due to calibration options not being available.
