This controller is the one that fits the hands best, out of all consoles and handhelds. I wish it said on the packaging that you needed rechargeable batteries for it.

If your son wants a Volcano Shadow controller... you get him a Volcano Shadow controller. It does nothing different than a stock XBox One controller, it's just red.

This was an add on to the to unit we received for xmas. it's not bad and it does what it needs to. Once in a great while there is a small lag form the controller to the unit.

well not everything is perfect, this controller was brand new and seal but didn't work well ! be care full tested well first !

Like all electronics, this device is not durable. The buttons quit functioning and the joy sticks tend to warp to one side or the other.

basic xbox wireless controller. it looks cool in see thru white but one of the thumb sticks drifts like crazy. be careful and test once purchased

I’ve had the controller maybe 2-3 weeks and it’s already like the eighth stick is being held down so first person shooters are out of the question and that’s all I play I love Xbox but I’m not sure how to return this without the box all I have is an email receipt and my id and debit card it’s just a lot of work for something almost 100 dollars

Awesome look, but After a year or so the buttons started acting funny affecting game play. Took great care of them so i don’t know what the issue is there

Microsoft - Wireless Controller for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S - Gray/Blue Still fragile when playing too rough

I purchased this Xbox one controller Feb 18 2017 and It died on me May 30 2017. The controller will not stay on with my xbox one rechargeable battery so I connected it to the charger and nothing. I connected my black xbox one controller that came with the system (that I had for 3 years) started to charge with no problem. I got some new AA batteries and the light came on for a second and cut off. I connected the cable with the batteries in the controller and it stayed on but after about 5mins, the controller got really HOT. After that I remember the same thing happened to my Halo 5 controller. About 6 months, that controller did the same thing. I though maybe because I dropped it but my black one has been dropped 100x more and no issues. I purchased this White one and it did the same thing and I haven't dropped this one at all. I purchased both from bestbuy in Raleigh NC by Bier Creek. I'm not sure what is going on but I don't even charge the controller that much and plus if I did, the batter would go first. They must have a bad batch of controllers and as the customer we pay for it. I did get the warranty on this white one but This makes no sense that Microsoft gets away with making defective controllers and bestbuy doesn't even listen to the customer. If you get any controller, get the warranty because you never know when it's going to break. Microsoft only has 6 month warranty on controllers. I'm going to see if I can get my money back and purchase it else where. Good Luck

This was a gift for my son, and he loved it. However, we later went to Walmart and found it WAYYYYYY cheaper, which was a bummer.

I purchased this for my son and thought it was really awesome. The color was great and it really was the perfect gift for him. Until we got it home, I meant to return it but he put away and out of sight out of mind. The first few days it was awesome it was a comfortable controller and he loved the color scheme but he noticed the buttons, especially the joy sticks, sticking. By the second week characters were stuck going in circles as the joy stick wouldn't return to center. Needless to say he was not happy but again, he put it away and we honestly forgot it even existed. Fast forward several months and we are replacing our entertainment center and there is the controller. We decided to give it another go and fired up the old XBox One and immediately after trying to move the selector on screen the joystick stuck again. So so disappointed with this product.

The biggest issue with Xbox Wireless Controllers is they aren't rechargeable. Sure the controller is adequate but the price point seems artificially high.

It was a little odd. First time buying the conttoller, it felt a little bit off for some reason even though it was new.

I've had it for a while. Im a heavy gamer and all my buttons are super sticky. Not sure why. Could be user fault as well. Idkkk

The Microsoft controllers aren't built to last, so I would invest in a warranty if you plan to buy the Microsoft controllers.

Why are x-box controllers so hard to keep paired. I thought buying a new one would help, but nope. At least it's clean white. Microsoft, get your act together.

This is the 4th wireless Xbox controller I’ve replaced within 2 years. Not to mention, another two that were not wireless. Quality sucks

The controller keeps getting stuck when playing it. I'm not pleased with this controller at all. I have had other controller that I didn't have any problems with them.

Bought this for my son.He seems to like it BOUGHT THE PRORECTION PLAN WITH IT,as all controllers go out in about a year if you use them.alot.
