Comfortable but with flaws
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Xbox one controllers are comfortable to hold but the analog sticks are way too easy to break during intense gameplay, I'm on my 4th one.

Xbox controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works fine, except with my nice 3rd party headset. Older controller does work with the headset, so this one sits on a shelf.

Posted .Hi Fred,
We're sorry that you're unable to use your third-party headset with this Xbox wireless controller. The good news is that its 3.5mm stereo headset jack is compatible with most standard headsets. If you try another headset, we hope you'll give this controller another try.
Hope that helps,
Chuck

Meh
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having issues with the controller that came with my xbox. This remote is supposed to have a better range but I'm still experiencing disconnects. I have all my entertainment system equipment in the basement sitting on top of a small table right below the living room where the TV is. Still experience random disconnects and it seems like it's worse with some games (COD) than others (Halo). OK replacement controller but don't expect to get better connectivity (ie range).
