The grips weren’t very grippy...and the color was different than the package. That being said I had to return this...

My son used this controller about 6 months before it broke. Not sure if it was his fault or the controller not being durable.

I do not play games on the Xbox so I thought it was difficult to set up. I also got a keyboard for the Xbox and that made the setup easier.

Xbox one controllers are comfortable to hold but the analog sticks are way too easy to break during intense gameplay, I'm on my 4th one.

The A button stopped working WAY sooner than it should have. Normal usage, mostly rocket league, no excuse. These controllers should last ,they just dont.

Works fine, except with my nice 3rd party headset. Older controller does work with the headset, so this one sits on a shelf.

      Hi Fred,

We're sorry that you're unable to use your third-party headset with this Xbox wireless controller. The good news is that its 3.5mm stereo headset jack is compatible with most standard headsets. If you try another headset, we hope you'll give this controller another try.

      Hope that helps,

I was having issues with the controller that came with my xbox. This remote is supposed to have a better range but I'm still experiencing disconnects. I have all my entertainment system equipment in the basement sitting on top of a small table right below the living room where the TV is. Still experience random disconnects and it seems like it's worse with some games (COD) than others (Halo). OK replacement controller but don't expect to get better connectivity (ie range).
